Phew! What a Fantastic week we had, last week, celebrating our birthday!

I am so excited about Shelly's Images 1st Birthday.  We have grown so much and learned so much along this amazing adventure that we call Shelly's Images.  Thank you all for being a part of this amazing journey.  

And of course I have to send a special thank you to my wonderful Design Team.  This group of ladies have really become an extended family for me.  When Min and I began our friendship years ago during a secret sister swap I know that neither of us thought we would find ourselves working so closely together in this way.  And Scrappy, Audrey, and Marion have been with me since the beginning too!  Poor girls really had to put up with alot of learning on my part.  Now we have added Sammi, Amanda, and Stephanie and I feel super lucky to have them as part of the team too.  I wish I could show everyone the hours and hours that we spend putting together everything for the blog.  And these ladies are really the ones who keep it running smoothly and continually inspire us with their great projects.

Ok....on to our party!  We are going to start our day with a great sentiment freebie.  I will be back two more times later today with two more great sentiments.  And we will conclude this evening with our image freebie and projects from our team.  Please remember that the freebies will only be available for 24 hours.  So send all of your friends in to party with us.  Once we reach 200 followers we will have another great freebie!

Birthday Party - Day 5 Winners!!!

I know I have said it all week, and I must sound like a broken record at this point, but I have had SO MUCH fun this week.

Time is so precious. It is one of the few things in life that you never get a refund on. Once it is spent it is gone forever. I treasure the time that you choose to spend with us. Thank you!

I did get a little birthday money and decided to spend it on my first ever copics. I think I ordered somewhere around 40 markers yesterday and I am so excited to get them. Thanks for all of the ideas. :)

Let's Party One More Day - Day 5

Ok...I am having too much fun to let this party end yet. I think we have all been to parties and celebrations where the really great friends stay late and just chit chat and enjoy each other. Well, let's see how many of my friends stayed late. :)

Between now and 7 a.m. on July 23rd just chit chat with us. Anything goes. Talk about projects you are making, techniques you are trying, what you are making for dinner, what you are doing this summer. I have had so much fun chatting with everyone that I think we will have a "Chit Chat" post each week. So this will be a good test as to whether or not everyone would enjoy a place like that. I would love to hear your thoughts on that. Chat throughout the day as often as you like. I will choose 5 more winners tomorrow who will each win an image of their choice from the store.

I dont' know about you, but I sure am!!

Every year around my birthday, I LOVE getting HAPPY MAIL as in Birthday Cards (other happy mail is Great, but Birthday Happy Mail is FANTASTIC!!)

Sometimes, once in a while with that HAPPY MAIL come little $URPRISES $tuffed right inside them - you know the kind of $URPRISES I'm talking about - usually from a family member or friend that lives too far away to give you a gift or is $MART and knows there's NO POSSIBLE way they could ever pick the RIGHT new high tech $crappy gaget or gizmo that would be the PERFECT addition to your $tudio.  :)

Now, that's the kind of $URPRISE we LOVE!!  :)
