TTT Challenge - Color Challenge

Time for a brand new challenge here at Shelly's Images.  This week our challenge is a color challenge.  Use black, silver, and one additional color on your project.  And throw in some bling because we LOVE bling on projects.  Please keep reading below for a few new changes to our challenges here at Shelly's Images.

I am so excited to share our "Special Toast" digi stamps with everyone and show you the spectacular creations from the Design Team.  This special set comes in a set of 3.  One digi stamp has the plain glasses, one has glasses with 2012, and one has wedding rings.  Lots and lots of design options here.  And don't forget that this image is available at a special price.  Hurry to the store to get your "Special Toast" set.

As I mentioned before, we are making just a couple of simple changes to our challenges.  We will now limit the  number of entries to 5 per person.  And we will accept entries through noon (CST) next Wednesday.  This change allows the Design Team and I a little more time to choose our winners and get our blog post made.

Rooster - Copic Coloring Tutorial

Today for our Tutorial Tuesday I thought I would share a video I made of the coloring techniques I used

for coloring our Rooster Digi Stamp.

A few months ago we did a tutorial on a Partial Front Card and we got a few requests for a tutorial on how I colored this wonderful image.  I am definitely not a pro with the Copics and really feel like I am still learning so much with these fantastic markers.  But hopefully this tutorial gives you some wonderful pointers on coloring images like this.
